A standing seam roofing roll forming machine is a machine that processes polished rods. Polished rod (also known as piston rod, etc.) is commonly used in motors, cylinders, oil cylinders, valves, linear bearings, pumping units, etc. As an efficient heat transfer element, screw pipe is widely used in boiler products. Nearly all boiler shell oil and gas boilers adopt screw pipe. Therefore, low cost, high efficiency and batch processing of screw pipe has become one of the key issues concerned by boiler manufacturers.
The basic feature of polished rod is long and thin shaft machining, which is difficult to process, and has strict requirements on coaxiality, straightness, finish and wear resistance. Standing seam metal roof machine processing is adopted , the residual compressive stress left on the surface layer is conducive to the sealing of tiny cracks on the surface and the expansion of erosion. Therefore, the surface anti-corrosion ability can be improved, and the generation or expansion of fatigue cracks can be delayed, thus improving the fatigue strength of the cylinder bar. By rolling forming, the rolling surface forms a cold hardened layer, which reduces the elastic and plastic deformation of the contact surface of the grinding pair, thus improving the wear resistance of the polished rod surface and avoiding the burn caused by grinding. After rolling, the surface roughness value decreases and the matching property can be improved.at the same time, the friction damage to the sealing ring or sealing element is reduced when the polished rod piston moves, and the overall service life of the components is improved. After rolling, the surface roughness of the bar decreased to ra0.1 ~ 0.8um from ra3.2 ~ 6.3um before rolling, the surface hardness of the bar increased by about 30%, and the fatigue strength of the bar increased by 25%. The service life of oil cylinder is improved by 2 ~ 3 times, and the efficiency of rolling process is increased by about 15 times compared with grinding process.
